A Panel is the part of the system you log into and interact with.
Each panel gives access to different features, depending on who you are and what you need to do.
Think of a panel as a specific doorway into the system — each one showing you the tools and data you're allowed to see.
The Smart DMS has 3 main panels:
- Main Panel
For your organization’s internal team to manage tenants, view reports, and control communication.
- Client Panel
For your customers to log in and see tasks or updates linked to their account.
- Tenant Panel
For each individual business unit (e.g., branch or service department) to manage their own operations — like tasks, employees, finance, and communication.
