How to View Your Account Balance

The Account Balance page gives you a full breakdown of your earnings and deductions for the current payroll cycle, across all tenants you belong to.

How to Access Your Balance #

  1. Click the 💲(dollar) icon located at the top bar of your screen.
  2. You’ll be taken to your Account Balance Overview page.

What You’ll See #

The page provides a summary of your current payroll cycle, including:

  • Basic Salary: Your fixed salary (e.g., KES 202,000/month).
  • Absenteeism Deductions: Penalties for missed workdays.
  • Lateness Deductions: Penalties for late attendance (if applicable).
  • Allowances: Additional income (e.g., transport, housing).
  • Commissions: Task- or sales-based income from all tenants.

Each item includes Tenant-specific details such as the source, amount, and date.

Balance Color Indicators #

Your account balance is visually color-coded for quick interpretation:

ColorMeaning
🔵 BlueKES 0.00 (no activity or cleared balance)
🟢 GreenPositive balance with no deductions
🟠 OrangePositive balance but has active deductions
🔴 RedNegative balance (you owe more than you earned)

The balance view is based on your current payroll cycle. You can also click Payroll Reports to view previous months.
