How To Renew Your Smart DMS Subscription

If your subscription has expired or is about to expire, you can easily renew it through the Smart DMS interface. Currently, we support payments via M-Pesa.

Steps to Renew #

  1. Go to the Manage Subscription page
    • You can access this from the sidebar under Subscriptions > Manage Subscription.
  2. Click “Renew Subscription”
    • This button is located at the top-right of the page.
  3. Review Pre-filled Details
    • The form will automatically fill in your current plan, price, and expiry date.
  4. Enter your M-Pesa phone number
    • Use the format 07XX XXX XXX. This number will receive the STK push (payment prompt).
  5. Approve Payment on Your Phone
    • You’ll receive an M-Pesa prompt.
    • Enter your M-Pesa PIN to complete the payment.
  6. Wait for Confirmation
    • If the payment is successful, the page will reload, and your subscription will be updated immediately.
