Central Tasks

The Central Tasks page gives you a unified view of all tasks created across every Tenant in your Smart DMS system.

This feature is designed for administrators, managers, and operations teams who need cross-Tenant visibility without logging into each Tenant Panel individually.

Tasks Page

What It Shows #

The page displays a comprehensive list of tasks from all tenants, including details such as:

  • Task title or description
  • Assigned employee(s)
  • Linked client or account
  • Task status (e.g., pending, in progress, completed)
  • Tenant where the task was created
  • Creation and last updated dates
  • Task ratings (if applicable)

What You Can Do #

  • Filter by Tenant to focus on a specific branch or business unit
  • Search across all tasks in the organization
  • Track progress of operational activities across locations
  • Monitor workload and performance across your entire ecosystem
  • Identify delays, bottlenecks, or bounced tasks without switching tenants

How to Create Tasks From Central Panel #

On the tasks page, click on Create Task. A modal will appear, where you will enter the Tenant where the task will be created, and task details.
