Customizing Tenant Labels

In The Smart DMS, you can rename the term “Tenant” to better fit your business context—such as “Branch”, “Department”, “Store”, or “Franchise”.

How to Change the Label #

  1. Go to Tenant > Settings.
  2. Under Manage Tenant Labels, enter:
    • A new Singular Name (e.g., Branch)
    • A new Plural Name (e.g., Branches)
  3. Click Save changes.

This change updates the wording throughout your system, making it easier for your team to relate to their actual business structure.

💡 Tip: This is only a label change. The functionality remains the same.
