In The Smart DMS, each Tenant represents a separate business instance or branch with its own users, tasks, payroll, and settings.
Creating a Tenant #
At the moment, you cannot create a Tenant directly from the user interface.
This is because setting up a Tenant involves technical configurations such as:
- Creating a dedicated database
- Setting up domain or subdomain routing
- Assigning system-level permissions
What To Do Instead #
To request a new Tenant:
- Contact our support team
- Provide the following details:
- Business Name
- Preferred Subdomain or Domain e.g branch.yourcompany.thesmartdms.com
- Primary Contact Person
- Any initial setup preferences
Once done, our team will configure it for you and notify you once it’s ready.
