The Smart DMS allows you to integrate with your preferred bulk SMS provider to send notifications such as task updates, login alerts, reminders, and more. You can configure this integration by setting up your SMS shortcode and API credentials under the SMS settings section.
This setup ensures that the system communicates through your official sender ID, using valid API keys provided by your SMS provider.
Where to Configure #
Navigate to:
Communication > Settings > SMS > Shortcode & API Settings
Notes #
- Ensure your shortcode is approved by your SMS provider.
- Some providers may require IP whitelisting or domain verification.
- If you switch providers, remember to update all fields accordingly and run a test message.
