The Smart DMS has the capability to send real-time system notifications directly to WhatsApp groups of your choice. This feature allows your team to stay updated on key events as they happen, without needing to log in to the system.
You can configure the DMS to automatically send updates to a WhatsApp group when specific actions occur within a particular Tenant. These actions include:
- A user logs in
- A new task is created
- A task is marked as completed
- A task is rated by the client
- A task’s status is updated
This setup helps improve awareness, accountability, and coordination across your organization or department.

Notifications Setup #
To setup these notifications, go to the Main Central Panel > WhatsApp > Sessions page, select the session you want to configure and click on Edit WhatsApp Session.

You will see an interface similar to one below.

Configuration fields:
- WhatsApp Group – select the WhatsApp group that will receive the specified notifications.
- Notifications – select the notifications that you want to receive from the specified tenants.
- Active – whether the notifications should be sent or not.
- Tenants – select the tenants from where the notifications will be generated.
- Locations – Sometimes, a Tenant (such as a business branch) may serve multiple locations. In such cases, you might want notifications from a specific location to be sent to a dedicated WhatsApp group. This field allows you to specify the source location for the notifications, so only updates from that location are sent to the chosen group.
