The Logs section helps you monitor all key actions and communications in the system. It’s useful for accountability, troubleshooting, and tracking communication history.
Types of Logs #
- Activity Logs
Shows who did what and when — e.g., created a task, updated a client, or deleted a record. - Email Logs
Lists all emails sent from the system, including recipients, subject lines, and delivery status. - SMS Logs
Displays all text messages sent, their content, status (e.g., delivered, failed), and timestamps. - WhatsApp Logs
Tracks all WhatsApp messages — incoming and outgoing — including attachments and delivery status.
Logs Are Tenant-Specific #
If you’re using the Tenant Panel, you’ll only see logs related to that specific Tenant.
