Tracking Actions: Understanding Logs in The Smart DMS

The Logs section helps you monitor all key actions and communications in the system. It’s useful for accountability, troubleshooting, and tracking communication history.

Types of Logs #

  • Activity Logs
    Shows who did what and when — e.g., created a task, updated a client, or deleted a record.
  • Email Logs
    Lists all emails sent from the system, including recipients, subject lines, and delivery status.
  • SMS Logs
    Displays all text messages sent, their content, status (e.g., delivered, failed), and timestamps.
  • WhatsApp Logs
    Tracks all WhatsApp messages — incoming and outgoing — including attachments and delivery status.

Logs Are Tenant-Specific #

If you’re using the Tenant Panel, you’ll only see logs related to that specific Tenant.
