The Smart DMS sends important alerts and updates through various channels to keep you informed. These channels include:
- SMS
- WebPush (Browser Notifications)
You can choose which notifications you’d like to receive and how you receive them.
How to Update Your Notification Preferences #
To enable or disable notifications per channel:
- Click on your Profile Menu (top right corner of the navigation bar).
- Select Manage Preferences.
- Scroll to the Communication Settings section.
- Enable or disable notifications as desired for each channel.
Each notification can be individually toggled for:
- SMS
- WebPush
Understanding the Notification Sections #
Within the Communication Settings section, notifications are grouped by source:
- Common Notifications
Sent from the Core, Central and Tenant panels. - Core Notifications
Sent from the Core Panel. - Central Notifications
Sent from the Central Panel. - Tenant Notifications
Sent from your current Tenant Panel.
By customizing these settings, you can reduce noise and ensure you only receive what’s most relevant to you.
