How to Enable/Disable Notifications

The Smart DMS sends important alerts and updates through various channels to keep you informed. These channels include:

  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • WebPush (Browser Notifications)

You can choose which notifications you’d like to receive and how you receive them.

How to Update Your Notification Preferences #

To enable or disable notifications per channel:

  1. Click on your Profile Menu (top right corner of the navigation bar).
  2. Select Manage Preferences.
  3. Scroll to the Communication Settings section.
  4. Enable or disable notifications as desired for each channel.

Each notification can be individually toggled for:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • WebPush
