Understanding Roles & Permissions Across Central and Tenant Panels

User roles are defined separately in both the Central Panel and each Tenant Panel to control access based on context.

Roles assigned in the Central Panel determine what users can access and do within Central-level modules—such as:

These access points are referred to as system features (also known as “resources”).

Roles assigned in the Tenant Panel control access to Tenant-specific modules, such as:

These are often called Tenant features (resources within a specific Tenant).

Tenant roles can only be managed from the Primary Tenant.
Once updated, the changes are automatically propagated to all other tenants in the system.
This ensures consistency across tenants and prevents unauthorized edits in secondary tenants.
