Getting Started with The Smart DMS

Step 1: Place Your Order #

To begin using The Smart DMS, you must first place an order through our official onboarding channels.

You can:

  • Visit thesmartdms.com and complete the signup form
  • Or contact our support team directly via WhatsApp or email to initiate the setup

Once we receive your order, our team will:

  • Review your business type and requirements
  • Assign you to the right modules (e.g., ISP tools, HR tools, inventory management)
  • Set up your dedicated environment

Step 2: Domain & Tenant Setup #

Every business is set up as a separate Tenant in our system to ensure data isolation, privacy, and performance.

We’ll provision:

  • A custom domain/subdomain just for you
    (e.g., yourcompany.thesmartdms.com)
  • Your Tenant-specific database and configuration
  • Your admin user account (with login credentials)

This process usually takes 1 business day after your order is confirmed.

Step 3: Receive Your Welcome Email #

Once setup is complete, you’ll receive a Welcome Email containing:

  • Your login URL
  • Admin username and temporary password
  • Basic onboarding instructions
  • Link to this Knowledge Base

Step 4: Request Onboarding Support (Optional) #

If needed, our team can provide:

  • A walkthrough of your dashboard
  • Help with creating your first tasks or clients
  • Training for your team
  • Module customization

You can request this through:

  • The Support section on your dashboard
  • WhatsApp/Email provided in your Welcome Email
