
In the Attendances page, you can view all attendance records captured for users within the system.
Each record represents a specific attendance action performed by a user, such as checking in, checking out, or system-initiated presence verification.
Attendance records may originate from different sources (for example, manual entry or fingerprint scanners) and are always tied to a specific date, time, shift, and user.
Attendance Statuses #
Each attendance entry has a status that describes what type of action was recorded:
- Check In
Indicates that the user has started their work shift. - Check Out
Indicates that the user has ended their work shift. - Break In
Indicates that the user has started a break. - Break Out
Indicates that the user has ended a break and resumed work. - Overtime In
Indicates that the user has started working overtime. - Overtime Out
Indicates that the user has ended their overtime session. - Presence Check
A system-generated or device-triggered check used to confirm that the user is still present during an active shift. - Undefined
A fallback status used when the attendance action cannot be clearly classified.
This page is primarily used for monitoring attendance activity.
