How Employees Can Mark a Task as Bounced

In this video, you’ll learn how employees can mark a task as bounced even when they don’t have permission to update the task directly. Instead of changing the task themselves, employees submit a bounce request with a reason. This request is reviewed and approved by an authorized user, such as an Admin, before the task status is updated.

This process ensures proper oversight, accountability, and accurate task records. To use this feature, make sure a workflow is enabled where the Task model is selected, the tracked attribute is status, and the transition is set from Pending to Bounced. Learn more here.
