Web push subscribers are users who have opted in to receive push notifications from your Smart DMS instance through their browser.
Push notifications are small messages that appear on a user’s device (computer or mobile) even when they are not actively using the DMS. These notifications are typically used to deliver real-time updates, alerts, or reminders.
Once a user subscribes, they become a web push subscriber and can receive notifications such as:
- New task assignments
- Status updates
- System announcements
- Time-sensitive alerts
