How To End a Task

You can start or end a task using three simple methods:

Method 1: Quick Actions Menu #

  1. Go to the Tasks page.
  2. Use the search bar to find the task.
  3. Click the three vertical dots next to the task.
  4. Select End Task.

Method 2: Table Header Buttons #

Go to the Tasks page and if there is any task that you had already started, you will find an End Task button at the table’s header buttons section.

Method 3: Via Task Details #

  1. Go to the Tasks page and search for the task.
  2. Click View Task to open the full task details.
  3. In the header section, you will find a End Task button. Click it as needed.
  4. Alternatively, click on the Employees & Marketer Details Tab and scroll to the Employees section.
  5. Find your employee profile.
  6. Click End Task as needed.
  7. Once the task is ended, a notification will be sent to all users who can complete a task. Sample notification.
